Syria and Iraq agreed to rehabilitate Kirkok-Banias oil pipeline. Deputy Premier for Economic affairs Abdullah Dardari and his Iraqi counterpart Barham Salih signed the minutes of meetings covering cooperation between Syria and Iraq in the fields of transport, oil, gas, banks, infrastructure, technology and communications.

The Syrian Petroleum Company agreed with its Turkish counterpart on establishment of a Syrian-Turkish joint company and they agreed on developing cooperation in the fields of exporting and importing oil byproducts, establishment of oil service stations in Syria and refining the crude oil in the Syrian refineries.
